Courses

This course has been developed to update knowledge with regards to the important legislation used to control the installation and use of water supply systems. The training will help you to implement Water Regulations competently, not only in new installation work but also in ensuring that you are able to recognise and rectify contraventions that you may come across in existing water supply systems.Assessment will be through a theory exam to ascertain your knowledge and understanding.

The cost of the course includes training, assessment, training manual and certification fees.This course has been developed to enable demonstration of competence in the design, installation, service and maintenance of hot water storage systems and the requirements that relate to building and water regulations. Methods of temperature control are also covered.You will learn how to identify typical faults associated with the installation of hot water storage systems and understand the requirements of G3, Part L1 and Part P of the Building Regulations, in relation to the installation of hot water systems.Assessment will be through practical and written tasks to ascertain you knowledge and understanding.
